Any sensitive data that is collected such as credit card information is not kept on file. Not digitally nor on paper. In our industry the frequency of transactions with any one individual doesn’t warrant the inherent risk of leaking that kind of information. If we are receiving a payment by card, we will either conduct the transaction in person with a card reader or take the payment over the phone using services that provide the necessary security measures E.G. Square space, or Quick books. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser or looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the web page. If any credit card data is written down it is immediately shredded once the transaction is processed.
