Plan it.

If you feel our estimate is reasonable, we can begin the planning process. Drawing up a couple ideas based upon info gathered from our conversations. We can go through them and taking elements from each one to finalize a design, and layout you love.

Build it.

As the building process progresses there will eventually be changes. It’s the nature of the beast, but as they arise communication is key. If there is a cost increase due to the change it will be documented and approved by you before implemented. If there is an issue where the design doesn’t quite jive with the building of the physical structure; that will be brought to your attention with a couple solutions for you to choose from. If you have an idea for a solution let us know. You will be included throughout the entire project.
